Some of the features included in our homes are
- Concrete slab
- Stick built
- Brick, wood, or vinyl siding (with stucco options for some plans)
- 20-year warranty fiberglass shingles
- Metal-insulated doors and insulated windows
- Sheetrock interior walls painted with Sherwin Williams paint
- True wood cabinets and vanities with Formica countertops (cultured marble
options for some plans)
- All moldings stains and sealed
- Price Pfister chrome fixtures in bathrooms
- American Standard air conditioning unit and electric hot water heater
- R-11 insulation (batts) in walls and R-19 insulations (blown) in ceiling
- High warranty floor covering
- Electric smoke detectors
- Light fixture allowances
- All state warranties honored
All prices are "lock and key" prices and each house is ready for occupancy when you take
possession. Each prices included financing cost such as attorney fees and other bank fees. This
fact grants you the opportunity to build a house with a low down-payment.
Note that:
- Appliances, water and sewer fees, and landscaping are the only items not included in the price.
- Fireplaces are optional (cost is $2000 - $2500 depending upon location).
- Builder's Risk insurance is required.
Any of these houses may be modified to suit your needs. It is also possible to add porches,
carports, or garages to these plans or even to add area to increase the square footage. If you
find that none of these plans are acceptable to you, we would be more than happy to give
you a price on your own house plan.
